    Ever growing focus on academics is great but equal (and if required mandatory/forced) emphasis should be given to music, arts and sports - which would be solid building blocks for team building, working with other, appreciating the delivered results of people with completely different backgrounds and/or points of views.

    Boys would definitely have a world with its own unique / new changes, and they would create creative solutions through the help of others and adapting different point of views
