Critical thinking
The ability to think clearly and rationally about what to do or what to believe based on the information at hand. In a world of information overload, being able to sift through data, determine what is and is not pertinent and draw one's own conclusions is a critically important skill.

Critical thinking is grounded in foundational knowledge and the ability to deconstruct and understand information. Our boys can access information and acquire knowledge easily but we must ensure deep understanding. Investments in foundational learning are critical.
