Community strength
The graduate should feel a sense of belonging to the community. As the community can influence them, they should also recognize that their individual actions, whether good or bad, will influence the community as well. This ability for an individual to take action knowing, understanding and caring that it will effect many others will provide future success in all relationships; family, community and business.

Serving the Community
I hope that in 2030 the grads have an even greater orientation towards being of service to both local and broader communities. The leadership skills that they acquire at Crescent should be put to use to help others. The school can both cultivate the skills necessary for this, and also the attitude that this is desirable, and a responsibility.

Graduates need to be able to logically sort through the web of thoughts pertaining to the solution to form a step by step solution on their own. The solution must be sound and be "bullet proofed" in terms of risks and contingencies.
