Make the culture within the workplace more fun and not so rigid. Treat employees like family. Let them know you care about them.
Many workplaces are more about the bottom line rather than the culture of the work place. It is #'s first people second.
Work should be like your family because you spend more time at work than you do at home if you are full time.
Culture within the workplace should include monthly check-in's to see if the employee is happy or not. Make it open where they feel they can share anything about the work going on. If the outside life is having an effect then that is a good opportunity to share it.
Business should be top priority, but there needs to be a place for people to feel welcome. Employees should want to come to work not dread coming to work. To make this happen employers could make time to get to know their employees not just be the management figure. Let them know you're here and will be heard. Respect, Honesty, & listen can be apart of the management protocol.
