More co op styled education
Canada needs more co op styled education. This facilitates theoretical and practical education which is important in present and future economy.

I agree, co -ops are wonderful ways to gain experience! Especially because a lot of entry-level jobs seem to prioritize experience, which can be difficult to get as a new graduate etc.
I will add to this that internships should always be paid positions, as oftentimes students who don't have the opportunity to do co-ops are unable to take on an unpaid internship, go to school and have a part-time job to help pay for their tuition at the same time. This is often the reason students can't afford to have experiences that would help their careers in the long term upon graduating. And this would also prevent companies and organizations using unpaid internships to fill all the entry-level jobs that new graduates are looking for!
