Rather then imposing a pre-conceived curriculum, learning in a project based approach would be more motivating and would not associate a student with a grade, rather, with his level of accomplishment. The necessary knowledge and competence would be inter-wounded and necessary for the completion of each project and student would pass to the next when ready. There should be inclusive learning environments , where students can identify their talents and put more effort in developing these. Here the teacher would play the role a mentor, guiding the student who is self-aware of the importance of his role as global citizen and takes pleasure and responsibility in his education.
