Enable Creative Expression with Empathy
Youth see things in different ways. With empathy in heart they will feel and see how other people experiences are. Empathy shall make them do something... at least to speak up ....

Creativity in school curriculum
Activities in schools should have some level of creativity. Students must be given the chance to express themselves by pointing out their grievances, giving their opinions concerning the performance of their teachers etc. This makes students participatory in the affairs of the school.

Giving youth the freedom to think and analyse things in their own way and helping wid the right material to come out of the right thoughts.
If we allow them to put their free thoughts out and then help them with generalized and unbiased thoughts to take the right decisions then we can create more global kind of environment. We can help them to see things without any boundary of language or region or religion. Teach them to value human being not the color or language. This can happen if we involve students from different sections in some group and creative activities.

Students are allowed to study that which is interesting to THEM.
As an example - if a child is interested in bicycle racing he could:
- Learn about speed, distance, and acceleration (math)
- Learn about aerodynamics and friction (science)
- Study the diets and training plans of elite cyclists (physical/health ed)
- Examine the cultural impact of events like the Tour de France (social studies)
- Produce a final report/read bicycling opinions and op-eds (English)
- Read reports on races in foreign languages (French as a second language)In this way the child exists squarely out of the box - there are no subject-imposed boundaries to his learning.

Computer Literacy
Illiteracy is no longer inability to read and write. Proficiency of a student in the use of information and communication technologies will go along way in giving him/her a voice in this generation.

1.Based on students' interests, expand the available co-curricular options to include enrichment, peer support, homework help and activities
2.Give quality education. Ensure the students have qualIty education wherver they live in the state.this could mean same curriculum and classroom materials.
3.There should be strategies in place to help student learn life skills, such as leadership, teamwork and communication skills
4.A learning environment that is socially inclusive would give students opportunities to talk about issues such as mental health, bullying, racism, diversity and inclusiveness.
5.In a learning environment that is academically inclusive, teachers understand individual student needs and learning styles.

Design curricula teaching and assessment to be project/experiment/service/art driven; with minimal intervention from the teacher
All classroom subjects can be "taught" effectively by letting students learn themselves. Once the basic concept is introduced by a teacher, students can work in groups or individually to solve any given real life problem/ project/ experiment/ working on field/ performing through art.
Students begin to question, collaborate, ideate, work within/outside the classroom, and thus learn.. driven by their innate curiosity. Periodic work/project status can be monitored by the teacher.11 votes
