Helping them to find common things among them and people of other countries. Helping them to communicate with people from all over the world through video chats and conferences (if not possible to meet directly). Teach them to love common things but always respect the differences because nothing is good or bad, it is only the perception. Organize events(dress competitions, discussions, food festivals, art competitions, skits) and quiz about different cultures and traditions.
