Government should invest in people that just need a hand up not a hand out. Providing training to people that need more skills to be able to get a job can increase less homeless and street beggars. It will not fix the problem totally, but rather offer people an avenue to get skills that are desperately needed for the province.

The provincial government would put a list of needed skills like hospitality, customer service, & carpentry for example as what is needed for the coming year. They would work with Nonprofit and Community colleges to make the program happen. There would be spaces built for such programs, transportation would be covered, and all the necessary tools would be provided for the program.

The government would consult local businesses, industries, and consumers to see what they felt was the most needed skills for the province at the time. Once they had all the data collected they would put the program in place.

Working with the Nonprofit and municipal government the province would set out to let the people that meet the requirements know there is such a program.

This would allow the much needed market place have a larger pool of candidates to choose from and hope to help better the businesses within the area. It would also allow people who need jobs get that job because they now have the skills training for the market place.

To finish the government would benefit by this program by receiving more taxes because more people are earning legit money, businesses would have the potential to make more money offering the gov more tax, and with more people making more this could alleviate other social problems.
