I'd rather see newsfeed about users I've added.

This is my 3rd time on TIG and I still cant really decipher whats going on. So much info is thrown at me about topics I havent expressed interest in.

I'd rather see newsfeed and updates about organisations and users that I've expressed interest in or added.

Feeling totally overwhelmed

Are you referring to the homepage feeds? These are feeds generated by all users on TakingITGlobal and aren’t geared toward anyone in particular. This is a great way to get involved in new items and opportunities that you might have otherwise missed.

On the other hand your MyTIG feed (http://my.tigweb.org) is geared toward you and your interests. We base that feed on users you have added and the resources and issues you selected in your profile.
