  2. Username creation

    When signing up it it doesn't warn you that a underscore is not a valid character, however it does warn you about dashes. As you can see though, a dash IS a valid character. I'm refering to the check/ X beside the name.

  3. missing children

    Is there a place on TIG hi lighting the missing children of the world ?

  4. Just get rid off the past opportunities from the research results

    Delete the opportunities that has a past date limit : some of them are still here since 2008 ! It's really annoying when you want to find something.

  10. have a link for the book list on people's profiles.

    a lot of people read too many books. the profile page would be shorter if there was just a link on someone's profile if which when you click you could see what books they've read. there seems to be quite a lot on a profile page as it is.

    we can put hyper links in association with ymex to watch videos through tig and we can also put tab at members profiles and it shows: videos has been watched by member.
    so it will reflect many many positive things the visual media is very strong weapon. and we must use it in marketing youth
    and development all over the world.

  16. add instant chat functionality to TIG messenger

    TIG could allow people to communicate instantly through TIG messenger. This will help a lot with collaboration on projects.

    alternatively, we could use one chat service - msn, FB, googlechat or skype and have people's TIG contacts automatically enlist them as friends on that.

  17. adding pictures showing major religions for banner of TIG

    picture used for banner is not representative of diverse sartorial traditions that TIG members represents. T Shirt is not the dress of youth all over the world. We must not exclude Arab dresses and other dresses that cover well and demonstrate the culture of piety.

  18. I was trying to access your training tool kits, but failed

    It is difficult to access your training tool kits due to the many links.Why not classify your toolkits by subject matter to allow the one searching to access whatever they want by clicking on the subjects needed instead of having all those links

  19. Hebrew school teachers

    I read about how there are educational groups on here to connect teachers so they can connect their classrooms. I think it would be awesome if you could create a group for Hebrew school teachers to do the same thing. Being able to teach about Jewish culture around the world by actually interacting with Jewish students in other countries would be amazing.

  20. I'd rather see newsfeed about users I've added.

    This is my 3rd time on TIG and I still cant really decipher whats going on. So much info is thrown at me about topics I havent expressed interest in.

    I'd rather see newsfeed and updates about organisations and users that I've expressed interest in or added.

    Are you referring to the homepage feeds? These are feeds generated by all users on TakingITGlobal and aren’t geared toward anyone in particular. This is a great way to get involved in new items and opportunities that you might have otherwise missed.

    On the other hand your MyTIG feed (http://my.tigweb.org) is geared toward you and your interests. We base that feed on users you have added and the resources and issues you selected in your profile.
