FFS should have gardens or farms directly associated with the school, locally ON campus, where students work with the land and their own food.
Food from the farm is used in the cafeteria. It's organic, healthy, local, seasonal, beautiful.

The motivation of educaiton should be public!
The word 'education' inherits the spirit of real education. The Latin word 'ēducātiō ' (A breeding, a bringing up, a rearing) came from ēdūcō (“I educate, I train”) which is related to the homonym ēdūcō (“I lead forth, I take out; I raise up, I erect”) from ē- (“from, out of”) and dūcō (“I lead, I conduct”). So to lead, to contact, to train, to develop person should be first public minded that selfless. The education need to set up the mission that all students can overcome the selfishness! Selfishness is a roots of all conflict, unrest and suffering in…

Helping young minds to understand the value of living without any boundaries in this new world
Sharing good things about different cultures. Giving students role models from all over the world not only from their own country. Helping them to find common things among them and people of other countries. Helping them to communicate with people from all over the world through video chats and conferences (if not possible to meet directly). Teach them to love common things but always respect the differences because nothing is good or bad, it is only the perception. Organize events(dress competitions, discussions, food festivals, art competitions, skits) and quiz about different cultures and traditions.

Every child under six MUST have access to early childhood education
Almost 300 million children under six lack access to releasing their creativity, increase their skills as natural born researchers and explorers if we do not assure them access to an education that allows those forces to rise up.
We at STEM Clubs have started helping kids forge a path from the womb to the boardroom and no longer from cradle to jail. - www.stemicuglobal.com2 votes -
Global citizenship should include teaching our next generation that war does not "serve any nation" or it's people.
USA in particular, now ranks #88 in Global peace due to its ongoing and unsustainable practice of aggressive foreign policy, which has nothing in reality to do with protecting "freedom and security". It's about oil, arms sales, global "power", all drastically undermining the principals of environmental stewardship, student voice and basic human rights, and global citizenship. We need to stop extolling "virtue" over violence, weapons and killing. It's the number one factor driving shootings in places like an elementary school to begin with!

Learning more about Africa through African students
There are many students around the world who don't know the true story about Africa. Thou their teachers teach them about Africa, they are still confused about the negative information the media gives about Africa. Having direct collaboration school programs with African schools through emails, penpals, social media, photos and Skype will let global students learn more about themselves and their culture thus learning the real truth.

Learning is measured with an established tool such as "The Global Competence Matrix". Students take responsiblity. More than read/discusss
This has to more than a chapter-by-chapter exercise. There must be several elements that ask students to set up social networks with peers from other countries within a specified context so that the learning that takes place can be measured. Teacher sets up project, teacher guides, students do, students act.

Don't let school's canteen sells more food with styrofoam!
There are some schools in my country, especially my school, its canteen sells more food with styrofoam than food packed in healthy way. In fact, styrofoam has been the most dangerous litter because it contains a substance that can produce cancers virus. Besides, it is also the kind of litter that cannot be recycled for a very long time. And it makes the students hard to live in healthy and green way.

Harness Intangible Cultural Heritage via Oral Traditions, Performing Arts, and Traditional Arts
Cultural heritage goes far beyond the walls of a historic fort, monument, or building; it is a lived expression passed on from generation to generation. By focusing on oral traditions, performing arts, and traditional crafts, youth can develop a greater appreciation for their own cultural heritage and cultural diversity at large. This in turn will allow youth to widen their cross-cultural understanding while strengthening their own cultural identity.

The vulnreable and orpharnage children should be first consedered for scholarship
There are no simple solutions, no single intervention that can respond to the multiple challenges facing adolescents today. They need access to information, skills and services. They also need to feel SAFE, supported and connected to adults in their lives. Society has an obligation to shepherd its young people through their adolescent years and to treat than with respect and understanding. When it assumes these responsibilities, the benefits multiply in ways never imagined.
