    As it is currently phrased, this is an INITIATIVE, not a form of MEASUREMENT, as an indicator should be. It's an admirable goal, but the indicators should provide a way to define HOW the goal is being met.

    Ok that's better someone thinking for a CHANGE and how to get funding .? well you start a Trade show with every eco product and invention or idea ever built sold . A youth 4 youth event linked IN to the schools where they design the event help set up and brake down . for three days and side by side in the afternoon you have a Concert to let the youth know there not alone and this will be in every city around the world a SOLUTION CITY & A Peace Concert . to promote peace on earth and nonviolence and stop the bully event now this starts the networking and like to make it happen with all the cumunity leaders to help there youth to protect and Save the PLANET
